A small group of 6 participants, lovely to have a nice get together with friends or even make it a family gathering of getting together and having some quality time together setting your intentions for the year 2025 in a nice safe space to open up and voice how your feeling. Followed by some beautiful healing frequencies, Diamond Light hands on healing whilst listening to the beautiful sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls, which help aid in different healing and shifts to take place.

A few Benefits to expect are:

Creating Relaxation, aiding better sleep patters, helps to relax the body and mind. I know it can sometimes feel hard to open up in front of strangers.
