The Holistic Approach

I would just like to introduce myself. My name is Tara and I am very excited to be joining Studiofettle Mindbody studio. I have been on my healing path for over ten years, and I am a qualified spiritual healer with the L.A.H. My specialisations are in Tibetan singing bowl sound healing therapy, with tailored sessions for both individuals and groups; Diamond light symbols and numerology, reiki, healing with crystals and inner child therapy, which is a gentle, compassionate way of identifying patterns, reparenting yourself and healing emotional wounds of the past.

I have practised singing bowl therapy and sound healing for over seven years and trained with 3rd generation Master Shree Krishna Shahi ,in the valley of Kathmandu. I am especially fortunate to have trained on the Diamond light symbols & Numerology teachers course, with Jennifer Starlight, a renowned author, trance medium, and clairaudient psychic,  her spirit guide MIN and the union of love and light, who together have been instrumental in both my healing and spiritual search  inspiring and consolidating many of the spiritual teachings I now bring to my work.

As part of a deepening of my healing work, I recently went on a soul deep journey to Egypt with Jennifer Starlight and Peter Harris, a theta practitioner. The trip opened up my spiritual awareness and has deepened my ability to heal myself and others. I experienced a deep awakening whilst connecting to the heart consciousness and sacred energy of Ancient Egypt, which felt very much like the motherland. I felt a strong sense of coming home, of belonging and realised Egypt was a big part of me reclaiming past aspects of myself and remembering from many previous lifetime’s spent there.

I am passionate about the Diamond Light healing modality, as it has helped me overcome my own struggles and given insight into why I felt the way I did, and why I kept on repeating the same old patterns. I have always felt a deep loneliness and sense of separation from others, even when with others. I have struggled with a deep sense of inadequacy and not feeling good enough. When I had a diamond light healing it explained why I had always felt that way and gave me the tools to move through each challenge, to come into the gifts of each struggle. This has had a profound influence on my own healing and on my soul’s path to help others to also heal and reclaim their power back.
