Holistic healing retreat day

I have been invited to join Amanda and her amazing team at Skendleby Hall on the 24th of October to offer an Energy Alignment Session.

Through Diamond Light Numerology we will work with the sacred equation carried in the birth date — revealing your unique imprints, the emotional wound-lines, and the soul pathway already unfolding beneath the surface.

Once the emotional number is understood in the body, we will soften the field with guided breath so the shift can land.

The evening will close with a Sound Healing Meditation, where light language will be used to seal the work and steady the new alignment in the nervous system.
